It took two tries because of the nasty New York weather, but Sarah and John finally got the nice day they were hoping for when we did their engagement photos yesterday. It was a pleasure to get to know them and capture the emotions they have for each other. Seriously, they are too cute… especially the way Sarah glows after kissing John. Even though I won’t be shooting their wedding because it’s being held in FL, I can’t wait to hear how it goes and see the awesome photos I am sure their photographer will capture for them.

Beware… a slue of photos!
I had the pleasure of shooting some engagement photos for them while they are up from North Carolina. They both grew up in the area, but moved away because of their jobs. Their wedding is next spring and I’m very excited to be shooting it since they are sure to have one kick butt party! Speaking of kick butt… we saw a superstar this morning who makes a guest appearance in one of the photos.
So I have a request… instead of commenting on the photos, thank Joe for being a soldier and Megan for supporting him!

I had such a great time a few weeks ago spending the morning with Michelle and Scott. We started out at the South Street Seaport and moved to Central Park. Along the way, we stopped at Schiller’s where they had their first mini date together, and the rooftop of the New York Athletic Club where Michelle is a member to admire the view of Central Park. I’m excited to be shooting their wedding this August at the Coveleigh Club… stay tuned for more!

This is the awesome view from the top of the NY Athletic club. It’s actually 8 photos fused together.
